God says:

“The universe works with action and reaction, everything is an interconnected system of balances. If it is about atoms, people all it physics, if it is about the balance between your works and your experiences, some call it Karma or spirituality. All of it are transactions between you and Me, between the Universe and you.

In large parts of Africa, agriculture is in ruin and is adding to the desert-ification of the planet. The areas grow hotter and dryer, almost all that used to live there, dies. This causes great suffering in Africa, and through Africa, for the world.

Trees for the Future is a relatively small worldwide charity who are active in more and more countries in Africa. They educate farmers to plant trees and make forest gardens that don’t require chemicals or hard work, but which grow like forests, almost by themselves, and all the trees are fruit trees and all the shrubs and vegetables inbetween are edible and grow the way nature intended.

The farmers become good with nature and harvest year round, dozens of kinds of foods, and nature flourishes, the soil gets healthy, more rains comes down because the plants and trees draw it down like in the rainforest, they have food security, income security, nature flourishes, the region develops, neighbors learn from them how to do it and share in the seeds and cuttings.

That is a little piece of My Kingdom, coming to those families who need it most. Everyone benefits.

But what is it to me?, you may think. It is not my garden, and not my problem.

many of you are able to make a small or not-so-small donation there. A quarter of a US Dollar, 25 cents, allows for Trees for the Future to plant one tree as part of a forest garden. A coconut tree has 100 coconuts a year, a banana bush 200 or 300 bananas. That adds up fast.
